Service Terms and Conditions

1. General Agreement
This Service Terms and Conditions document is a contract between 3rd Eye Digital Hub ("Agency") and the client ("Customer"). Together, these entities are referred to as the "Parties."

2. Project Deliverables
The Agency commits to delivering digital marketing services as specified in the project brief, including but not limited to Social Media Management,Facebook Ads,Paid advertisement,Graphic Design.

3. Customer Obligations
The Customer agrees to supply all necessary materials and information needed for the project in a timely manner. Delays by the Customer may lead to extra charges and extended deadlines.

4. Payment Policies
a. The Customer agrees to pay [percentage]% of the total project fee as an initial deposit before the commencement of work.
b. Payments will be invoiced at predetermined project milestones as detailed in the project brief.
c. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables are handed over.
d. Late payments may incur additional fees and can lead to a suspension or termination of services.

5. Modifications and Updates
a. Any changes or updates to the project scope must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both Parties.
b. Extra work outside the original scope will incur additional charges.

6. Ownership Rights
a. The Customer acknowledges that all intellectual property rights for the project, including but not limited to code, graphics, and design, remain with the Agency until the final payment is made.
b. Upon receipt of full payment, the Agency grants the Customer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the deliverables.

7. Privacy and Security
Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project.

8. Cancellation Policy
Either Party can terminate this contract with written notice if the other Party breaches any significant term or condition.

9. Conflict Resolution
Any disagreements arising from this contract will be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, arbitration according to the laws of [your jurisdiction].

10. Legal Framework
This contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction].

11. Entire Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between the Parties, overriding all previous negotiations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.
